Mechanism parts

Cardan shafts and couplings
Special design for each application in order to have the perfect fit and function.

Compression springs
Special steel quality and designed to fullfill the needed spring rates needed when the machine produces at the highest output of material. Designed to match each specific screen and balanced spring to ensure best performance.

Side plates
Cut from high quality steel plate, the side plates provide integral support for screening and feeding. We follow a strict manufacturing process when drilling and cleaning the holes to avoid serious damages during start-up and running phase.

Screen frame
Depending on model, we offer reinforced designs including precise dimensioned individual cross members. Our welded screen frame design elements are reinforced and well protected from wear and abrasion to ensures a long life time.

Cross beams and cross components
The solution with individual cross beams enables easy change-outs. Easily interchangeable on differnt machines and with replaceable cleat to allow screening media flexibility.

Feed box and discharge lip
Large area and lined for maximum protection.
