Record date and payment date of Metso Outotec’s second dividend instalment of EUR 0.10

Metso Outotec’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on March 23, 2021, decided to pay the dividend for the financial year 2020 in two instalments. According to the AGM’s decision, the first dividend instalment of EUR 0.10 per share was paid on May 4, 2021, and the second instalment of EUR 0.10 per share should be paid in November 2021.

The Board of Directors of Metso Outotec has today, November 1, 2021, decided in accordance with the resolution of the Annual General Meeting that the payment date for the second dividend instalment of EUR 0.10 per share shall be November 10, 2021. The ex-dividend date for the dividend instalment shall be November 2, 2021, and the record date November 3, 2021.
